City of Portland has strict guidelines for construction debris. I quickly realized it would not be cost effective to separate wood, metal, cardboard and trash on a daily basis. We would also need space for four dumpsters. With 100 or more trade workers on site at any given time parking and traffic flow were a major concern. Clean it up Mark! had the best pricing for what our site would require. They handled the entire process for me with courteous and professional workers. They were timely and left little impact on the trades.
